At Villa Bloom we offer an exciting internship where you can really develop yourself. Are you a pedagogical professional in training (mbo level 3 and 4) or are you following the hbo training Social Work/Pedagogy? Then you are very welcome with us! You will receive a fair salary with the prospect of a permanent position in our team in the long term. And because we are a bilingual daycare (Dutch and English), you will also get the chance to broaden your cultural horizon and develop your communication skills in two languages.

What does an internship at Villa Bloom entail?

In our childcare you will gain practical experience with the daily care and development of children. Together with experienced pedagogical professionals you will observe children, organize activities and support their growth. You will learn how to create a safe and stimulating environment in which children can develop optimally. We focus on a holistic learning environment for every child, with a lot of attention for independence, freedom within frameworks and respect for natural development.
